I have been in Healthcare Management for over 40 years. I have used other infusion centers, but none come cose to the proffessionalism and personal care I recieved at the Immersive Health Infusion center in Temple, Texas.
Tina, the manager and Nurse Practitioner brings years of extensive medical expertise on any number of health issues. Along with that, she brings a level of empathy and caring that is extremely rare in todays Healthcare environment.
No matter what my future medical infusion needs may become, I will never go to any other infusion organization. I heartily recommend Immersive Health to anyone who wants to be treated by medical proffessionals with both a superior level of medical expertise and a level of kindness and attentiveness that is hard to find today.

After years of driving out of town for my infusions, my wife discovered Immersiv Health located just minutes from my home. It is an excellent facility and very pleasant staff and care providers. I would recommend it to anyone in need of IV services. So much better than a hospital or clinic.

Walked in and immediately greeted. The staff is very friendly and polite, they explained everything while making sure I understood everything as well. They made me smile and laugh while making me feel welcomed and focused on me. Ms Tina Taylor is a lovely woman along with the rest of the staff as well.

I had a wonderful experience at ImmersIV health. Though it is not fun to receive an infusion, my nurse was fantastic and all of the employees have been very helpful and have helped out with my insurance as well as getting additional help from a foundation to help with the copay. I am so glad that I found them and highly recommend the company!

After two weeks of fighting insurance, navigating through clinics that have a saline shortage or won't give 'single medicine' infusions even if that's all you need, I was referred to this brand new clinic. They worked with my doctors office and the referring clinic to finally get me the infusion I needed. Ashley, Emily and Jason were fabulous. I am on my way to feeling better FINALLY! No, thanks to my insurance as I had to pay out of pocket!
