How to Become a Patient

Ask your healthcare provider for a referral to Immersiv Health. We accept referrals from neurologists, gastroenterologists, rheumatologists, dermatologists, and many other specialists.

Relax While We Handle the Details

Once we receive your referral, our team will: verify your insurance coverage, secure prior authorizations, coordinate with your doctor, and contact you to schedule your first appointment.

Plan Your First Visit

Our care team will welcome you, guide you through the check-in process, review your treatment plan, answer any questions, and ensure you’re comfortable before beginning your infusion therapy.

Preparing for Your Visit

Pre-Treatment Checklist

Have your ID and insurance card ready at each visit.

Bring a list of all current medications and supplements.

Drink plenty of water before your appointment to help with vein access.

Dress comfortably and consider wearing loose-fitting clothing.

Feel free to bring headphones, a book, tablet, or anything that will make your time more enjoyable.

Always notify us if: You have any change in insurance and if you have been sick or hospitalized.

After Your Treatment

Each private infusion suite includes comfortable seating, blankets, refreshments, Wi-Fi access, and entertainment options. Our goal is to create a relaxing space where you can read, work, watch shows, or rest during your treatment.

We work with most major insurance providers and handle the verification and authorization process for you. Our financial advocacy team will review your insurance benefits before treatment and discuss any potential out-of-pocket costs. We also offer assistance programs to help lower patient costs.

Yes, you may bring another person with you for your appointments. Having someone by your side can make the experience more comfortable. We ask that you not bring a minor to your appointment unless there is another adult or guardian with them.
